Processing Time

HonyDress strives to fulfil every order as promptly as possible, however please allow up to 7-15 business days for processing due to payment clearance, stock arrival, even longer for alterations required for customized gowns. For urgent orders, please specify your date of event and we will prioritize your order.

Customer receipt time = order processing time + shipping time. Please note that processing time is not included in shipping time.

Custom dresses are made exclusively for you. Once production begins, the materials cannot be repurposed. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any custom or made-to-order items.

Customs & Duties

  • Europe's orders may incur customs / import fees. These duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within your country of destination. These fees will be based on the value of your order and the tax-free threshold (if it exists) for the products imported into your country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the customer receiving their goods, and these fees are required at the time of delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Total delivery time = Processing time (7-20 business days) + Shipping time (7-15 business days for standard, or 7-10 for expedited). Free shipping may take up to 30 business days.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change your shipping address. Once the order has been shipped, the address cannot be modified.

Will I have to pay customs duties?

Orders shipped to Europe may incur customs or import fees determined by your local customs agency. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are required at the time of delivery.
