Custom dresses are made exclusively for you. Once production begins, the materials cannot be repurposed. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any custom or made-to-order items.

    Email contact@honydress.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

    Get Approval

    Our team will review your request within 24 hours. Once approved, you will receive a returns form to include with your package.

    Ship It Back

    Send the unworn item with tags attached via a trackable shipping method. Keep your receipt and tracking number safe.

Common Questions

How long do I have to initiate a return?

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Returns initiated after this period cannot be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind or sizing returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Can I exchange my dress for a different size?

We do not offer exchanges. Each dress is made-to-order and we do not keep stock. Please review our sizing guide carefully before ordering.

What if my dress arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How long does the refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank.

Can I cancel my order after it ships?

No. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Our standard return policy will apply instead.
